Fully fenced private backyard, gas fireplace, w/d, your own room and huge bathroom. The other bedroom is an office/computer room so there won't be any other roommates. $450 includes: rent, cable, internet, and utilities. The room can be furnished or not. The house is completely furnished but if you would like to bring somethings of your own that would be great too.
