We have an awesome place in midtown that is walking distance to Westport, Penn Valley, and a short distance to the Plaza and the UMKC campus. Downtown is about a 4 min drive, depending on stop lights. The house is a three story, 5 bedroom restored Victorian. Currently there are 3 people living here and the place is still empty most of the time. We're looking for one more person to join the mix. You would have your own bedroom on the second floor and run of the house. We have central air, washer/dryer, dishwasher and a fully equipped kitchen.
