We have a 5-bedroom/ 2 1/2 bath home in the country between Meridian/Nampa of which one of the bedrooms (and possibly an additional bedroom) has become avaialable to rent. We sit on a hill above I-84 with gorgeous vistas of the Boise mtns and winter lights of Bogus Basin. We prefer a college-age female to round out a nice mix of responsible, young college age kids currently living in this home. You need to be clean, reliable, pay your rent on time, non-smoker, no drug use. Occassional alcohol is fine but this will not be a party house, as we have wonderful neighbors and we don't want our house to cause a problem with our neighbors. Shared utilities-Electrical & TV. (we pay water, sewer, garbage). We provide a refrigerator/washer/dryer. Rent will be on a month-to-month basis with a security deposit of $100. Located on the western edge of Meridian near Overland/McDermott. Close to the new Nampa Wal-Mart, Sam's Club, and Idaho Center. One bedroom is available July 1st, and the second bedroom date TBD.
