The ideal roommate would be a female simply due to the fact that women are easier to get along with and better at keeping things clean. The rent includes all utilities, electric, internet, water and trash. The carpeted bedroom is HUGE. The private bathroom is HUGE with 6 drawers and 4 cabinets which allows room for everything. The washer and dryer are right outside the bedroom door and are included. There is a HUGE basement for anything you need stored. You have full access to the entire house and may bring whatever furniture you'd like. There is a big screen tv and dvd player for your use in the living room. The kitchen is HUGE with brand new stainless steel appliances if you like to cook and there's tons of cabinets and drawers. Parking is on the street due to Rick having 2 cars and taking up the driveway space.
