Room available July 19th in 2,500 sq ft home quality built in 2006 by Jayo Construction. Room is large and has a big walk in closet (perfect for those of you needing a lot of space for clothes or other stuff!). Rent includes all utilities (water, sewer, gas, trash, electric), DirectTV, and 12mbps wireless DSL. We also have pretty much every kitchen appliance and amenity that you need, and a nice front loading washer & dryer. Not a party house (although we occasionally have a birthday party or dinner parties or such, they are mature, not wild insanity like some places, and we make sure everyone is OK with them beforehand). We keep the place nice and clean and really don't require much from roommates as long as you're respectful of the community spaces and clean up any big messes you make, and put your dishes in the dishwasher rather than piling them in the sink... we vacuum and mop and stuff so no worries there. Everyone here is mid-late 20s-30s so we are all working professionals and realize the need for quiet nights and not being rowdy. We have lots of positive references from past roommates and expect you to have the same to show us! Male or female, our home is co-ed. Please no insane, crazy, or otherwise freaky people. We are all friendly and social but respect your space. A great place to be! Our rooms always fill fast and we occasionally have a waiting list. Our contract is month-month and a $100 deposit is required. Your room will be cleaned and all of the carpets shampooed before you move in! Please no pets unless they live in a cage or tank.
