I have an opening in my house in South Blue Springs for a female roomate. The rent is $500 which includes all utilities (gas, elec., trash, water). I do not have cable, home phone, or internet as I am not home enough. You would have your own room and bathroom. You would have access to the pool, hot tub, washer/dryer, and all of the kitchen.
