I have a three bedroom home in Boise in a quiet little neighborhood near Hill Road and Gary Lane. I would like to start renting it in August but the dates are certainely negotiable. You would have your own bathroom. I am only renting one room so if you wanted to rent the room it would just be you and I. I am a 26 year old female graduate student and gone a good portion of the time. The home is non smoking and I don't drink and would prefer if alcohol was not brought into the house. I have a mellow black lab and would prefer no more pets in the house. I am clean and organized but easy to get along with and laid back. The rent would be $375 and that would include utilities. I also have wireless internet that you can use. The house is fully furnished (other than you would need to bring your own bed) so you don't need to bring much if you don't want to.
