This ranch home is on a quiet side street and has two bedrooms available for one person in each room. Ideal location for University of DE students. Easy walk to main campus. There is a full bathroom for sharing by the two tenants. My brother and I who are both students at the U of D will be occupying the other part of the house. There is a separate dining area off the kitchen and then a family room on both the main floor and basement. Air-conditioned too! There is also a deck overlooking a nice private back yard. Wireless internet and TV cable are provided. The dining room and both the family rooms will be partially furnished. The two available bedrooms will be unfurnished. Parking available, if you have a vehicle. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all kitchen appliances, dishes, and glassware provided. Clothes washer and dryer also provided.
