The house has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, hardwood floors, washer/dryer, shady front porch and backyard. The rest of the house is fully furnished and cable & internet is included in the rent. The cost of electric and gas will be added to the rent monthly. Rent and utilities will be due by the 20th of each month. First month's rent and 1 month security deposit will be due at lease signing.
