There is a duck pond and walking path in the subdivision, and the neighborhood is very quiet. You are welcome to share the washer and dryer, kitchen, living room, dining area, pots/pans/dishes, etc. I provide cleaning supplies, you provide your own groceries and personal care items. I have a garden space if you like to garden. Please, no felons, parolees, animals/pets, smoking, drugs, alcoholics, couples, children, or drama. I'm not much of a drinker myself, but I don't mind a little wine or beer, or drinking within reason. The house is about 1/2 mile from Walmart and shopping at Fairview and Eagle. Rent is month to month. The last months rent must also be paid at time of move-in, or other arrangement must be made.
