Rent includes all utilities other than Dish Network and internet. Those are split between everyone. Both rooms come unfurnished. You will have full use of the house as well (washer/dryer, kitchen, etc.), excluding the garage. Driveway parking is available. No security deposit or credit check required. You will be required to show proof of employment and sign a month to month re-newable lease. Will consider longer lease for the right person. You would be sharing the house with my boyfriend and I.
