I'm renting out a beautiful, large 4-bedroom house in Brewer starting July 1st. I am looking for three roommates to move in with me. The rent is $450/month -- this includes heat, water, and electricity. Splitting cable/internet will be discussed later. (If a couple wanted to rent a room, it would be $325 each.) The house has two bathrooms, all hardwood floors, a basement with room for a pool table or ping pong table, an attic for storage, a yard and a deck, as well as two driveways. It is a corner lot next to the river in Brewer so there is lots of parking. It's a quiet neighborhood, and I am looking for other responsible (yet fun) students to live with.
