I could work out a Flat Rate fee for the whole month with utilities included, but I'm opposed to this. I used this in the past and some of my friends abused utilities. I'm not too concerned from the financial perspective, but when it comes to wasting I'm never a fan. We also recycle, and I pay for that out of my own pocket (DE is behind the curve when it comes to recycling) - pool table, bar, bigscreen tv, hot tub on its way... - must be clean, must participate in cleaning the common areas - no pets - can discuss the rest, just looking for a clean easy to get along w/ guy/girl. The other room will be $700 when it becomes available (friend may be moving out in September depending on his job). - House has 2.5 bathrooms, one is in the master bedroom and is not shared. The others are fair game and are also kept quite clean - kitchen has everything you need, once again...just clean up after yourself - non-smoker preferred. If you smoke, it is not allowed inside the house. - rest of house is completely furnished. Your room has some furniture in it already (bed, TV, table, etc) - i can send house/room pics soon. Sorry for all the "clean" references, finished living in college a few years back, and i definitely don't miss the "poor" living conditions.
