Hi there! My boyfriend and I are on the look out for a spectacular roommate to find an apartment with! Could it be you!? First of all let me tell you a little about us. We are 20 and 22, will be attending USM in the Fall. We have a 1.5 year old Dachshund/Springer mix (18lbs) who we are unwilling to part with.We have been living together for a year and a half, and dating for 2+, and don't think we have had one fight, so no worries about moving into an apartment with a bickering couple! We are a clean, relaxed couple. Neither of us smoke or drink. We are very laid back, and open minded. We are looking for an apartment in the GORHAM area, though we would also move to Portland, but only if there was a fenced in yard for our dog. We are looking to spend a max of 600 dollars for everything, but maybe a little more depending on the apartment. We are looking for Aug or later in July. What we are looking for: Someone in our age group (18-30's) who will pay the rent/bills on time, pick up after themselves and willing to take the party elsewhere, while having friends over is great ( and encouraged! hehe) we don't want to live in a dorm! Male, Female or possibly another couple would be fine. EMPLOYED, and be kind to our dog. Cats OK, and possibly other small dog , would depend if our dogs got along.
