Looking for male or female young working professional to move into a trolley square house starting in August. Must be laid back, able to pay bills on time and no pets. The house is a 2 story row home next to all the bars/restaurants in trolley square (Clayton St.). It's a 4 bedroom house with 1.5 bathrooms, backyard, front porch. The rent does not include utilities and all parking is on the street. Current roommates are in their late 20's, work locally M-F 9-5, are non-smokers and like drink a few on the weekends.
