I have a room for rent in a 3 bedroom Townhouse in Newark, DE. . It is near the Univertsity of Delaware in College Park. The Rent is $300. per month, and Security Deposit is the same as rent. Also there is the utility bill and Internet and Cable but that is divided 3 ways. The room has cable in it also. The House is Smoke Free, so no Smoking.
