I'm looking for a roommate for a nice West End apartment starting Sept.1 (it's a little ways away but I though I would start looking). The rent is $550, which includes heat and hot water, we pay electric and internet/TV if we want it which when split is less than $40 per person. There is a lot of room and an extra bedroom/study, so if we wanted another roommate to cut costs I would consider it. I am 32 yrs old, male.
