The apartment has hardwood floors throughout, a sun room, our own (non coin-op) washer and dryer, gas stove and heat, off-street parking, and wireless Internet. The apartment is within walking distance to Brown and RISD as well as neighborhood shops, banks, and bakery. The rent is $575 plus half the utilities (electricity, gas, and Internet/cable).
