I am renting out two of the guest rooms of my 4 bedroom 2 bath house. Each room has a single bed, bookshelf, dresser, and 25-27"TV with cable. If you have you own Furnishings that's fine. $380 moves you in and covers your first month. After first month, rent is $380 + the Elec divided by how many people were here for the month, and is due every month on the day you moved in. Full kitchen/laundry priveledges. I am a 37 year old white male. Currently it's just my girlfriend, me and 3 dogs. My girlfriends dog is very tiny and old and stays inside. My 2 dogs stay in the back yard are friendly except to other animals. So no pets unless the pet stays in your room($50 pet deposite for carpet cleaning depending on what type of pet), sorry no cats (unless it's hairless LOL) I am very allergic! I have lived here for about 8 years. All my neighbors are very cool, quiet, and laid back. Plenty of parking. Must be responsible with a legitimate income. Smokers ok.
