The house is a three bedroom on 1/4 acre near Peterson Barn (off Royal Ave). The room available is 9' 4'' x 12' 2'. The room and most of the house is hardwood floors. We are two landscapers one is in he's early fifty`s, semi-retired and is a gardener ( there is more garden space available if you want to plant a few things) and landscape designer, the other is in he's mid-fifty`s is into art and gone alot visiting the "girlfriend". We are herb friendly.We are looking to share the house with someone of any age who is responsible, personable and upbeat. . We need only one more housemate (please no couples), the room is renting for $240 plus 1/3 utilities and a $200 refundable deposit, please no pets.
