It seems that everyone in town is trying to rent spare rooms in their homes out in order to keep making their mortgage payments. A lot of people have already been put out because the place they were living was foreclosed on. Moving is no fun. Why do it and risk having to move again? Our home does not have a mortgage and cannot be foreclosed on. You can live here as long as you like. We just added a big addition to enclosed the swimming pool and build an "everything" room for me above the pool. I'll be out of the main house. My daughter lives in the main house and she prefers a female housemate. In mid July, we will have one fully furnished bedroom available. It has a queen sized bed and a walk in closet. It is in the attached photo. It will soon have a private entry. It is freshly painted and ready to be occupied. Please don't respond unless you are ready to move in mid July. Hopefully it won't be available too long. The rent is totally negotiable. We are more interested in finding the right person who will be an asset to our home than getting the most rent that we can. We are willing to reduce the rent considerably for anyone with the right attributes. We want an ambitious, honest, responsible, reliable, considerate, female between the ages of 20 and 45 yrs. who is willing to do a few chores in order to save money on rent. We want someone with a good sense of humor and an easy going demeanor. We also want an animal lover as we have some pets that we dearly love. If you are this type of person and want a nice place to live in a great location with lots of amenities, please respond and tell us about yourself and what you want.
