This home is a single story with 1600 square feet, 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. There is also a pool. Lots of Street parking. Great location; You'll be one minute from 95 and Lake Mead interchange, walking distance to the LVAC gym and there is all kinds of shopping nearby. You will share a bathroom with Nick, one of two men currently in the home. These two guys are professional and well-behaved, ages 26 and 35 approximately. They enjoy a good pool party as much as down time, so I'm looking for a good fit. They respect my property and in return, I respect their input and privacy. If you can't wipe off the stove after you cook bacon, and you hate doing needed chores in and around the home, this place is not for you.
