Hi, I have a room available in my home. The house is located in Silverado Ranch, which is close to Henderson/Green Valley area. The home is well furnished and always clean. The room will become available June 1st. The house usually has 3 or 4 people living in it. The house is 2,100 sq ft. There are 2 and ½ baths. We have wireless Internet, cable, a house cleaner. Everybody who lives here is in there 20s. I am fine with males or females living in the house. My roommate and I are young professionals. We go out sometimes on the weekends, but don’t party too much. We are looking for roommates who are kind, clean, and respectful, as we are very much so. The rent is $430 + $80 utilities/month.
