(Shared bath) poolside...gated parking, great location. Near parks, shopping and recreation. Close to Suncoast and Rampart Casino's, golf courses and walking parks. Established household, stable, no drama offered or wanted! If you want a room where you are left alone but feel comfortable coming home or going out, that's what we strive for. We never wake each other up with noise or rude behavior, and we always keep the atmosphere relaxed and friendly. We are two males, straight and respectful, employed in the airlines and computer and touring industries. We are friendly but private, that is we mind our business and get along well with others that do the same. We are near the pool and jacuzzi (out side front door actually) nice way to wake up in the morning. Shared bath, cable TV, high speed internet, all utilities included. We have cats (they think they own the place) so please be tolerant of the four footed critters. We are in a nice gated community; parking is behinds the gates-- it’s a safe and secure environment, convenient to freeways, shopping, and parks.
