I know it is a little early but my roommate gave me notice for the end of August. I am the owner a a nice two (2) bedroom two (2) bath newer townhouse. I only ask first and last months rent and you be clean in the main living areas. Fenced yard ( yes yard), Washer/dryer, Some room in garage for storage along with a second refrigerator. This place is about 1300 square feet with a huge room for you along with your own bathroom (though in hall my guest use the one in the master bedroom). Rent would include utilities.
