I am offering the downstairs of my condo to a quiet, responsible individual that is looking for housing near Providence Hospital or UAA. I own a split level, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo and the downstairs has your own bedroom, bathroom and living area. We would share the kitchen that is upstairs. I am asking $750, which includes utilities. I do own a small, very quiet dog and the condo assn asks that there is only one pet per unit.
