Most of the ads here on Craig's list are not exactly what they seem. People naturally try to make their ads sound appealing by using catchwords like "mansion" to describe their mid sized house in a development where you can reach out the window and touch the next door neighbors home. That, my friends is not a "mansion"! In this ad, I'm going to attempt something unheard of and be 100% brutally honest. They say "honestly is the best policy" so we'll see, Here goes... To start, I'm an harmless old fart who lives in a pretty nice house in a nice area very close to the strip. A couple of years ago I got tired of living by myself so I ran some ads and took in a tenant. She was great in most respects, but she almost burned my home down because she secretly smoked in her room and fell asleep with a lit cigarette. Then I found someone who turned out to be an alcoholic who literally drank everything in the house that had any alcohol in it. She partied all night and slept all day. Strike 2! Then I found a very nice young girl who was a dancer. I'll call her miss X. She was totally in the business to make money dancing and didn't (to my knowledge) do drugs or prostitute herself. She worked very hard and sent most of the money she made to her parents who needed her help. She was a delight to have around. She paid her rent in advance all of the time. She was proud of her body and didn't mind showing it off. That didn't bother me a bit. I haven't had sex with anyone in over 20 years, but my eyes still work just fine and having someone pretty like her around was fun for me. I confess, I like pretty girls. Is that a bad thing? She loved animals and was very kind and affectionate to my pets. We never had a bad moment living together. I loved hearing her stories of what went on at the club. She finally moved to Calif. to live with her sister. I really miss having her around. I'd like to try to re-create a situation like that. I'm definitely NOT looking for a girlfriend or a "friend with benefits". As Groucho Marx once said when asked to join the Friar's Club, "Why would I want to be a member of a club that would want someone like me for a member?" That's how I feel about pretty women. I'm pretty sure that I wouldn't want to be with the type of woman who wanted to be with me. I've given up on relationships. I mind my own business, but enjoy living vicariously through someone like Miss X. She would come home and tell me stories of the creeps who came to the clubs where she worked. She told me how all the girls laugh at guys who try to impress them while holding a handful of one dollar bills. She really didn't enjoy doing lap dances, but she did them to earn money. She told me all kinds of crazy stories about how the strip clubs operate. I haven't been in a strip club in 20 years and don't intend to go to one, especially after hearing her stories about them . I really did admire her for the way that she took care of her parents. She was a very nice person! I also loved the way that she would transform herself from a cute, sweet, innocent girl into a trashy slut in order to go to work each night. She was very interesting to have around and I miss her being here. Now, getting down to business. I have a very nice fully furnished bedroom and bath available on July 12th that I'd love to fill with another Miss X. I have all the amenities that you could possibly want (pool, spa, home theater, etc) and my home is very close to the Strip but in a very quiet area with lots of privacy. If you are a dancer or a model who is a nice person and not into the sleazy side of the business, I'd love to have you and I'll make you an offer that you can't refuse, rent wise. I also promise that you will not be "hit on" in any way by me. It's just not my nature. There are absolutely no sexual favors expected or wanted! I was married for over 30 years and that was enough for me. I've never been in jail. I'm not a serial killer or rapist or anything else deviant. I'm just an old fart who would enjoy seeing a pretty girl around the house. Is there anything wrong or unusual with that?
