I am only looking for one roommate who would have large room and private bath, walk in closet and more. You would have a quiet, large furnished bedroom (12x15) with private bath, walk-in closet, as well as the use of large guest room closet. You would have full house priviledges, big screen with cable, wireless internet, full use of kitchen, personal shelves in kitchen, bbq, landscaped yard, washer/dryer, a full gym (cable weights, treadmill, eliptical trainer, more in the home) with tv, ceiling fans, driveway parking, upgraded alarm system, security doors and lots of privacy in a nice quiet upscale neighborhood. We have maid service to common rooms twice a month, maid service available on your request (You are responsible for your own room and bath).
