My boyfriend, roommate and I are looking for a new roommate, because our current one has moved out yesterday. The house is fully furnished, a mile away from SLCC, it comes with wifi, decent sized backyard, newly put in oven with a washersnd dryer and cable tv. The house is just a few minutes away from the freeway and close to Valley Fair Mall, with only a ten minute drive to Salt Lake City. The house is clean and in a nice neighborhood. My boyfriend, roommate and I are in our 20's and prefer someone close to our age. We don't smoke, but are not opposed to it and we do drink. So someone who is not against that would be great. Dogs and cats are welcome, but only one pet is allowed. No pet deposit required. The room is 300 dollars monthly with the split of utilities between everyone in the house. The deposit to the house is 200 up front Pets are welcome. Our roommate does have two cats, but they stay in her room most of the time. No pet deposit necessary. If you have a dog, the back yard is big enough to cater to their needs.
