We're two graduate students looking to replace our third roommate who is moving out toward the end of July. We like the house a lot: it's got a fenced backyard, garage, hardwood floors, fireplace, basement, washer + dryer, lots of storage, and--best of all--it's very close to campus. The furthest part of campus is a 12 minute walk away. Downtown is a ~15 minute walk. You'd appreciate this a lot in winter :-) We think the price is really good for the location. The house has been updated with newer windows, heating, and electrical. Again, you'd notice the nice windows come winter. Us? We're completely sane and pay bills on time. Since we're grads, we're often busy and don't spend much time in the house--so we don't have cable or internet (the latter is definitely negotiable). That doesn't mean we're complete wieners: dinners, BBQs, movie nights, and the rare party get thrown down. You? We'd like someone who can pay rent, keep things reasonably clean, and generally pitch in. The room opens up in the middle of July so ideally you move in between the middle of July and middle of August.
