I live in a very cute basement apartment in a townhouse located in sugarhouse. The basement has its own living room, small bedroom two closets and private bath. The kitchen is on the main floor and shared with the other 3 girls living there, no seperate entrance. There is a two car garage that is shared with the other girls, they split it every other month. The rent is $385.00 plus utilities which run no more than $70.00 a month plus a refundable $275.00 deposit. The utilities include w/d, cable + dvr, gas and power. The basement does not feel like your typical basement, it has two big windows in the living room that provide a lot of sun light. There is a year contract that needs to be signed but if you need to move out you would need to give a month's notice. There are 3 other girls living there, they are LDS. Age ranges from 20, 25 & 30.
