Some basic rules & what I'm looking for: No pets. No smoking, except outside on the balcony. No drugs, I will call the cops if I find drugs, because I don't want to deal with that. No parties. Gatherings of friends to hang out for the evening is fine, but parties are not - I'm sure you understand the difference. About the place: It is an apartment on the 3rd floor. 2 Bedroom, one bath. It's a very nice size, and two or more people can easily live here without bothering each other. It has a kitchen, dining area, large common room, large hall storage, and a nice bathroom with two sinks. The bathroom is sub-sectioned with a door, so one person can be in the sink area while another is in the bath/toilet part. The common areas of the house are furnished (couch, chairs, tables, TV, etc) but there is room for other furniture if you'd like to bring your own. The room you'd be taking does -not- have anything in it. It has a closet, ceiling fan, and AC. The apartment has central AC, and it keeps the place very comfortable. We also have all kitchen appliances, including dishwasher, which work. There is off street parking, and a nighttime guard and we're in a gated community. There is a washer and drier in the basement, but it costs a little bit much. There is a good laundry mat within 5 minutes of the apartment. Costs and process: Before anything happens, I'd like to meet with you in person and get to know you a little bit. I will have some questions for you, and you can ask me any questions as well. Depending on how that goes, I can show you the apartment to see if you like it. Before you move in the landlord will need to run a background check on you. He can run the check any time, it takes about 5 minutes, and you can move in the minute you clear! Utilities included in the rent: Water, electric, trash, and 7meg high speed internet. In addition to that, you will be responsible for paying 1/2 of food costs.
