Included are a large living room, dining room, kitchen with appliances (refrigerator, gas stove, dishwasher), washer and dryer in the basement, hardwood floors throughout the house (except for bathroom and kitchen), 2 car garage with remote control access, as well as additional ample parking in the backyard and on the side of the house. The rent is $300 plus 1/3 of the utilities. I have internet service through Time Warner and would be more than willing to share my connection if you are willing to share the cost. Rent starts on July 1st and goes until the end of May 2010. Both my roommate (21yr old male) and I (25yr old male) are students at UMKC's Conservatory. Our other roommate moved out a month late, because he needed an extension while he figured out his next move after graduation. We live in a good neighborhood that is monitored frequently by Rockhurst campus police, as most of the houses on this block are owned by Rockhurst and rented out to its students.
