Hello, I have a room for rent in a two bedroom condo on the second floor. I occupy the other bedroom. Images of the room and the condo can be found below. It is a gated community and all utilities are included. Pool, jacuzzi, workout facility are open 24 hours. I am only looking for one roommate, not couples, etc. I like to have my place relatively quiet and thus no parties, no sleepovers, family members vacationing, etc. You're paying for one person to live here, so that's all I will allow. If you want a quiet roommate with no drama, then this is the place for you. I'm a non-smoker so I would rather have a non-smoking renter (or you can go outside and smoke). I don't care if you're male or female, I only care that you pay your rent ON TIME, are relatively neat and can clean up after yourself, and again you're a quiet room mate. BTW, the home-owner assocation president of our condominium lives right below me and she hates noise so it works out for me. All utilities are included (minus phone -). There is a 20" television in your room with cable access, a queen size bed, a large closet and an oversized bathroom that is only yours to use. Wireless internet is included. You have use of the dining room, kitchen, laundry room pretty much whenever you want. The living room is somewhat limited as I use that as my photography studio. So once or twice a week, I will have a model over to shoot, I will let you know at least a week beforehand so you'll have ample notice. I had an issue with my previous roommate that did that so he's no longer here. Again, it's only once or twice a week, most weeks there is not even a photo shoot scheduled at my home so it won't be an issue. I do work from home as a photographer and am also editor of a magazine and web designer. So I'm at home unless I'm shooting on location, covering an event, or meeting up with clients. YOU DO HAVE TO LIKE DOGS! I do have two yorkies that are very well behaved and your bedroom/bathroom is blocked from them gaining access to your room. As with all dogs, if someone knocks on the door, they will bark, but that's pretty much it. When I'm gone, they will stay in my room. SINCE I ALREADY HAVE TWO DOGS, I DON'T WANT ANYMORE PETS IN MY HOME. That's pretty much it. You will have to sign a monthly rental agreement, I WILL DO A BACKGROUND CHECK AND EMPLOYMENT VERIFICATION VIA ONLINE SERVICE and the deposit and rent are due at the same time. Payments accepted: Cash or PayPal* *You can pay by PayPal but I will charge you an additional $30 to cover the PayPal fees. If you pay by PayPal and use a checking account, you will not be able to move in until the funds clear your checking account which is usually 3-4 business days after you make the payment.
