We have a private room with shared bath open for rent and move in date is ASAP. The room is small/medium size and has a great size shared bath with your own sink. The rent is $310.00 plus utilities which run no more than $70.00. Utilities include cable + dvr, washer/dryer, gas and electricity (the landlord pays our water and trash). There is a $270.00 refundable deposit with signed contract. There are currently 3 girls living in the townhouse now and they are 20, 27 and 30. We are all LDS but are very very laid back and open minded. We are located in sugarhouse about 3015 south and 11 east. We are very close by I-80 and 2-15 freeways. The only picture I have up is the picture of the shared bathroom and the living room on the main floor.
