Located just 15 min East of Park City and 35 min from downtown SLC with close and easy access to freeways and shopping. Rent is $500 a month which includes utilities with first and last months rent due to move in. Also, my last renter and I had a great meal plan worked out where we shared the cooking and grocery expenses. It cut the grocery bill in half. I would like to work something like that again. I am looking to fill the room ASAP. I am an educated stable professional male that works from home and spends a lot of time traveling as well. A lot of the time you would pretty much have the place to yourself, as I am often out of the country for weeks at a time. When I am home I enjoy just about anything outdoors and like to spend my free time in the nearby mountains on my horses or 4 wheelers. I am not only looking to rent the room, but the fit with someone to share my home with is just as important.
