This apt is in a 4-plex, all side by side. It has its own laundry room so you won't have to share with other apts. It has lots of light, has been well-maintained and has two levels. Upstairs, there is the common area which is mostly furnished. I would be happy to re-arrange things if you have furniture you would like to bring with you. The front room has nice hardwood floors and there is tile in the kitchen. There is a full bath as well as one large bedroom. The bedroom has hardwood floors and is really nice looking. It has a big closet, not a walk in, but still a very decent size. Downstairs there are two bedrooms, (I occupy one of them) a 3/4 bath with large shower, and a laundry room. There is also extra storage space. The bedroom downstairs is the smallest, but still big enough to fit a double or queen bed, dresser, and other small bedroom furniture. It also has a nice sized closet. The only utility is electric which will be split 3 ways. There is one covered parking stall which will be available to use during the winter. I drive a little scooter and would ask to share the space, but it would mostly be available to you if you have a car. This is about 4 blocks away from Westminster and less than 10 minutes to the U, if traffic is bad. No smoking, or pets.
