He's a very good friend of ours and we've known him for years. The other roommate is a straight female, 24, who can usually be found reading or playing computer games in her room. She has been a tenant of mine for over a year and a half. PETS: There is a snake that would be kept in its cage at all times (unless its time to clean the cage, which is only once a month or so) There is also one very shy female cat that resides there. It usually likes to hide in the basement. Your pet may be negotiable, if you have one! OTHER DETAILS: Monthly rent is $375 + $50 for all utilities including wireless internet.
