I am going to be very blunt as to what I am looking for with risk of being kicked off of craigslist, so here goes. I am looking for 2 females that can live with other females between the ages of 18 and 30. you can't drink (at all) smoke, no guys staying the night and have NO pets. You have to be ready to sign a contact, which means you have to have at least $350 for deposit now, and then first and last months rent (a total of $525) by August first. And downstairs is a beautiful and roomy apartment with it's own entrance, so you have the benefits of living in our home that we take really good care of (no waiting if something breaks) but you also get the privacy of living with just 2 roommates, in a really quiet beautiful neighborhood. This place has just been Refinished/finished and looks beautiful; with top of the line appliances and attention to detail.There are three bedrooms and one bath. It's a very spacious place at 1250sq/ft. One of the three bedrooms are still available and the other roommate is amazing! The room is a great size (everyone that has been staying in the rooms so far has had at least a full bed, a dresser and a desk and had plenty of room) Utilities are included, including cable and wireless internet. You really need to see this place to know how great it is... it's really hard to show a whole apartment with a couple of pictures that don't do it justice!
