I'm renting an unfurnished bedroom in a two-bedroom, 1.5-bath, townhouse-style apartment located northeast of North Park near Rims. Rent is $250 plus half of utilities (electric), with a shared bathroom. I don't have cable or internet (though have access to it), if you want those, that's fine, but I don't intend to share that cost. Rest of the apartment is fully furnished, but room can be made and there's some storage in the garage, for $25 more a month (to share garage cost). Available 7/15 (though it's possible arrangements could be made to make the room available earlier), and I'll want two references. I rent through a management company, and you would need to submit an application ($25) and be approved by them. No smoking allowed, though pets under 25 pounds are allowed, if approved through the management company, for an extra $25 a month, and I have a small dog.
