Mid 20's professionals looking for roommate in house around 69th and state line. The room one of the girls is moving out of August first is a 12x12+ room with walk in closet, remote control ceiling fan, solid door, new windows, new paint, all new! The house has nice screen in sun deck, 2.5 bathrooms, all new appliances, paint, windows, etc. We even have a surround sound movie theater room with stadium seating in a completely remodeled basement. We aren't around much and would prefer someone who is a fun / outdoors type professional who also is busy and simply needs a nice clean room. I own the house and have owned it for 3+ years since graduating from KU. I also finished up my MBA from UMKC so students would be ok also. There are two girl roommates and me. We all are straight normal mid 20's people. I do not want any weirdos, creepers, druggies, convicts, or simply people with random ass stories such as they need a room because they were living in the basement of their x lover's grandma's until she past away and now you need to find your own place. Also, we bike to the Plaza some evenings so anyone outdoors is automatically moved to the front of the line. I own a ski lake south of town and we spend the weekends there waterskiing and wakeboarding. Then snow ski in Vail in weekends in winter. Love to have another roommate that would join us.
