I have a room for rent near Raytown. It is technically East Kansas City. Decent neighborhood, never had any problems. I am looking for someone that is VERY responsible, has been at there current job for a while, has some good professional refrences, and is clean. The room is small and does have a closet. The rent would be 200 a month plus 1/3 for utilities. So all together maybe 250 a month. I have a 3 bedroom home with a full basement. The basement is not furnished for living but could be used for some storage. The house is not huge ( the upstairs is about 1000 sqaure feet). We have 2 Black labs and a fenced in yard. You could possibly bring a pet, depending on size and how well trained they are (potty trained). The rent is very cheap, but that does not mean we are looking for someone that thinks they can live off of us. I work full time and my boyfriend is currently recovering from a broken collar bone, but will be back to work. Ideally I would like to find someone mature, not a big drinker, not a smoker (if you must outside), clean, and the main thing have rent on time! This would be ideal for someone that has a busy life and just needs a cheap yet comfortable place to crash at night. I could possibly supply a full size bed to use.
