I am a single dad; I have a 7 1/2yr old girl. So I would prefer a female roommate. I have a girlfriend not looking for a hook up. I have two/three bedrooms available, Downstairs is one bedroom with a 3/4 bath (has a shower, no tub) upstairs is another bedroom and a full bath with double sinks and a loft that is14' x 14' that has been closed in and is used as a bedroom, it has central air and has it's own air conditioner as well. I have a queen bed, dresser, nightstand and other stuff if you need it. Full house privileges, above ground pool in the back yard, and storage in the garage included if needed. This would be a great situation for another single parent. My current roommates (a mom and her two daughters) have been with me for almost two years and they are moving back home to Washington State, mom and one daughter left and the other daughter is moving by the end of Oct. So two rooms are available now. I don't smoke, you can in your room or outside or do 420 only outside. I don't 420, $750/mo plus split the utilities (power, gas, cable) I'll pay water, sewer and trash and high speed Internet. I am close to the I-15 and the 215 in a great neighborhood. South Point and Las Vegas BLVD. is right down the street. I have lived in this home for 5 years. I don't have pets but there is a pet door to the back yard.
