Besides being a very peaceful and relaxed setting, I am a very quiet person -- pretty well stay to myself -- and very easy to work with. Other tenants are also quiet and respectful, so its a great place to call home. The house will remain totally smoke-free AND drug-free without exceptions (outside smoking ok).
