The bedroom is very large with a hardwood floor, two windows and THREE closets (a photo is provided below). The apartment has tall ceilings, lg living room, lg dining room, enclosed sun porch, kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, working fireplace, washer/dryer, yard, and its walking distance to the Back Bay. A great place! I have lived there for almost 7 years, and I'm 33 year old female. The second bedroom is filled by a single 32 year old female. We are looking for a female between 25 and 35-ish, professional, neat, non-smoking (or willing to smoke outside), likes cats (we each have one), no pets, likes to have fun, reliable and trustworthy. The room is available January 1st. We are anxious to meet and get to know a new roommate. Security deposit is $500 (which can be split over two months if needed). HEAT and hot water ARE included.
