I have one bedroom available the 2nd week of Feb. Close to the Plaza, downtown, and 1-35 and Lamar. Its a house with fenced back yard and doggie door. One dog under 45lbs is OK. It's the perfect setup for a dog owner. The garage is heated and cooled so Spot can stay in the garage when you're at work and have access to outside via the doggie door. The privacy fence will contain the climbers/jumpers. Dog deposit required. All utilities included in rent. You will have your own living room and office space in the finished basement but would have to share a shower (1.5 bathrooms). Male or female ok. missouri
