The room has wood floors, private enterence, seperate bath, and is located on the other end of the house from where we stay. The 4th street bus is 3min walk away and travels every 20 min. Close to grocery store and walgreens. Vegetable garden, and court yard garden planned for spring. We work full time and go to school full time so we are only home in the evenings. The perfect roommate would be respectful, honest and stable (open to men or women). We are both artist/designers so a creative person would be fun. In touch with nature and great respect for the environment will fit right in! Pet friendly as we have a dog and a cat.
