The available bedroom shares a huge bathroom with existing roommate. New roommate can set up their own living area (we have two) and use half of the 3rd bedroom as an office (Current roommate is using other half as office). They can also use the rest of the house as desired. Off-street parking is availble , W/D, and high speed internet. House is furnished however bedroom is empty. There is space for some furniture in house and a shed out back will hold boxed storage & bicycles. I am a 25 yr old female and current roommate is a 29 yr old female.
