I have 1 large room available for rent. In this room it has 2 closets with a small area for a desk. This room is on the 2nd floor of my home sorry no wheelchair access. Age, race and gender sexual orientation is not important but, what is important is that you are clean and drug free and can pay your rent. This is my home and I don't need any drama. I am in the process of getting cable or direct tv but had not decided yet. Which means hi speed is coming soon. We will discuss how the utilites will be split. If you are needing housing by the 15th then you will need half the rent and half of the security deposit. This home has a 1 car garage and 2 other bedrooms basement for storage if you so desire. I have a washer/dryer in the basement. I have a dishwasher and gargage disposal and a fireplace. Now this nice part of this is that I'm hardly ever home and I smoke outside . If you smoke please do so outside or we will discuss options when the weather gets cold BRRRRR!!! I don't do durgs and I'm clean I don't own any pets and I want a roommate who dont have pets sorry.
