In our home we have a full basement with livingroom, bedroom with walk-in closet, full bath , eating area,and storage. $700 per month including utilties and direct tv. 2nd we have a master suite with double bed, walk-in closet ,private bath $600 per month including utilies and direct tv hook up. Each renter has access to washer and dryer, full kitchen , fridge, full freezer, and deck. We are flexible . tempoary is ok. no pets, no drugs or alcohol, , available now. If we are both interested, we will reqire a non refundable $50 background check. No parties, drugs, non smoker no "sleep overs" we would prefer a professional or a student.
